All the staff are professional, friendly and have a calm caring air, from reception to treatment staff.

Friendly , warm , feel at ease as the Dentist knows how it feels when teeth are sensitive , Sarah asks if you are ok. She is also very good at explaining what she is doing during the appointment. I have been to quite a few dentists over the years and not felt comfortable. Thankyou , doing a top job .

The receptionist Maria/Marie was extremely helpful and polite in trying to get me an emergency appointment to sort my crown.The dentist herself was extremely friendly polite and helpful could not recommend highly enough. The dentist, Samantha Underhill-Rose, is highly skilled, caring and understanding. I had a filling. Samantha explained what needed to be done. The injection was not even particularly uncomfortable. The dental dam used to isolate the teeth saved me from the feeling of drowning in the water from the drill. I did not have to have my mouth wide open for long so my jaw did not ache. The procedure itself was not particularly uncomfortable and was completely pain-free. The anaesthetic wore off quite quickly. The filling was completely comfortable the day it was done. The technician who assisted the dentist was pleasant and highly competent. I am very impressed, and very grateful, thank you very much.

Appointment happened in a timely manner. All staff were polite and helpful. Excellent communication with treatment needed

i had to cancel original appointment but the practice were very helpful in rearranging it. Text reminders were non intrusive but valuable. On arrival reception staff were welcoming and I was seen on time and escorted in by the dentist. All was explained both the treatment and the results of the Bite wing radiographs. No invasive treatment required, just a clean down by the dentist. Nursing support was effective and efficient.All in all a good experience,
