i had to cancel original appointment but the practice were very helpful in rearranging it. Text reminders were non intrusive but valuable. On arrival reception staff were welcoming and I was seen on time and escorted in by the dentist. All was explained both the treatment and the results of the Bite wing radiographs. No invasive treatment required, just a clean down by the dentist. Nursing support was effective and efficient.All in all a good experience,

Always feel relaxed during appointments

I have been a patient for 38 years and have had excellent treatment. This was an emergency appointment and I was seen within 48 hours.

I needed treatment without an appointment,was fitted in early the next day.The appointment was started early and completed within the estimated time without any issues.could not have gone better.

I attend with my children and throughout everyone is treated with the same care, and attention to detail. Explanations of what self care is needed is through going forward with explanation of why. The dentist and nurse were also polite asked how we were and ended the appointment by being positive and friendly.

I have attended Bedale Dental Practice since I was young, this appointment was for an emergency infected tooth and was seen within 24 hours. The receptionist was so kind and helpful, and Helen the dentist explained everything she was doing in detail, the dental nurse was so friendly and made me feel very relaxed, I was given antibiotics and next steps explained. Helen even came out and spoke to the receptionist to explain what needed to be booked in for treatment moving forward

From the minute we arrived the reception staff were welcoming and extremely polite and friendly, which put my son at ease. We were very quickly seen and my son was warmly greeted by the dentist and dental nurse. The procedure was a routine checkup but everything was explained clearly and my son was happy to follow their instructions. I have always had a positive experience at the Dental practice and staff are always willing to work around your schedule and help with advice regarding treatment options.
