EMS hygiene offer T&Cs

The complimentary EMS hygiene treatment is provided following successful enrolment and must be booked and attended within a timeframe specified by the practice. The offer is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and is subject to availability. Treatment is subject to clinical suitability and provided at the discretion of the clinician. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in the offer being withdrawn. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
